Open your eyes

nature

Open your eyes

See more than you saw before

Even a voice or a sound

Will change hue

From wispy yellow

To vibrant blue

Differing wavelengths

Do exist and resist

The urge to be visible

How do we know

What is real

When

So much of the world

Is unseen

Stimulate the cortex

Provoke a response

Even in darkness

Inside our heads

Cells glow

With realisation

Colours bloom

How can we be blind

When every thought

We have

Is a sunburst

Of dynamic proportion.
