Outside real time
lossnaturememorytimemortality
Outside real time
There is no space
No distance
In separation,
Nothing to reconcile
The difference
Between one thing and another
There is no touching
Edges become blurred
Whilst beginnings are obligatory
Endings seem absurd
When even rock-solid states
Are absorbed
One into another
Without reference
To anything gone before
Questions are worthless
Future time is unconnected
The present
An exercise in continuity
The past
Over before it has begun
If life was as unconstrained
As an unfolding dream
Every day would
Be an endless
Dead sleep
With no chance of waking
There would be little fortune
In that.
