There is no divinity

loveidentitymortality

There is no divinity

In suffering

Dignity in pain

Romance

In a noble savage

A stoic patient

An obsessive ex-lover

No bravery

In poverty

Humility in filth

Piety in religion

Honesty in truth

Spirituality

In simply living

Hand to mouth

No morality

In cruelty

Forgiveness

In turning a blind eye

No forgetting

First world

Reality

In good conscience

There is no pretending

We are the same

When the scales

Are weighted

In your favour

You can choose

How much to lose

And at what cost

Never take for granted

The advantage

Special white privilege

Is giving you and me

For free
