Brand loyalty.

naturepoliticsmemorytimelovesolitude

Brand loyalty.

My gosh Kora I miss you.

I miss my wife.

To hear those words

Falling from your lips

The sound they made

The tumble

Of laughter

When I caught your eye

In the mirror

Sharing a basin

Cleaning our teeth in unison

Playing bumps-a-daisy

In the nude

Nobody had ever

Seen me that way

Nobody ever will

When you called

Your voice drifting

From another room

On the phone

Next to me in bed

A tinkle of fine crystal

From a nightcap

Now even that is

Too much like broken glass

The murmur

Of a mountain stream

The pop of a champagne cork

A goodnight kiss

Sleepy pillow talk

Your gentle breathing

The warm softness

Of your body

Next to mine

Waking up alone

Is not the same

But there is something

Of you

In these broken fragments

The torn filaments

Of our lives

Not enough to forget

What it means

To remember

But enough to remind me

How wonderful it would be

To hear you say my name

One more time.
