Fold me into a warm blanket
naturemusicpoliticstimelovemortality
Fold me into a warm blanket
Of beneficence
Freshly baked bread
Coffee Pot on a stove
Home fires
Sonny Rollins and Miles Davis
Bend into a groove
As cool as single malt
Rolled over an ice cube
Melting from the heart
Rain down syncopation
On a blue day
Play that horn
Blow me away
Keep the world at bay
It is a heavy door
Closed up tight
Against the grain
John Coltrane
Is in the mood
To break free
Float with me
From Prestige
To Sunset and Vine
There is nothing
Funny about Valentine
Take a stroll
Let the good times roll
In accidental beauty
Throughout history
When you fall in love
It will be forever.
